How do I find my AC filters?Call us and we will find them for you.

How often do you change filters?That is totally up to the customer. We will give our recommendation based upon many aspects included location and type of business, but the decision is totally yours. We have some restaurants and paint booths that want their filters changed every single week, and we have other customers who are on a quarterly schedule.

What areas do yall service?We service all of Southeast Texas and surrounding areas, including Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange, Winnie, Baytown, Dayton, Cleveland, Houston, and all surrounding areas.

Do you change residential filters?No, we do not change residential filters, but we do sell residential filters. We will sell you a custom made metal frame built specifically for your HVAC unit and 12 polyester filter inserts for only $75. The metal frame is permanent you just replace the polyester filters every month.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
